Bill Gray has completed over 4000 home inspections as president and chief inspector for All Star Home Inspection, Inc. He is certified by the states of Maryland and Virginia as well as the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). His credentials include; BPI Certified Building Analyst (Energy Auditor), ITC Certified Infrared Thermographer, NRSB Certified Radon Technician, Certified Mold Technician. Bill is a class instructor and trainer for the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and teaches continuing education courses to Realtors. His background includes more than 40 years of experience in residential building and remodeling. Bill holds a Masters Degree in Secondary Science Education with 30+ additional hours of graduate study. His knowledge of construction, training and experience in home inspections and a background in education coupled with the ability to organize and communicate have made him an extremely professional and very successful home inspector. |

Ken Cox has been involved in home building for more than 20 years. He graduated from the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and spent more than 300 hours in the field with hands-on training before starting to inspect houses in 2000. Ken is a very thorough inspector. His building background and training have given him a critical eye for details. Ken is an excellent communicator and a quick wit. Bil Greg is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute of Falls Church, Virginia. He has more than 300 hours of hands-on and field training and has completed more than 125 paid home inspections. Bil is a candidate of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI candidate #207829) and working toward becoming a full member. He is also a member of the Society of Professional Real Estate Inspectors (SPREI). Bil has been involved in rental real estate, property management and property repairs for over 16 years and brings 20 years of US Air Force service experience to the industry. |

Mark Linebaugh's background
includes the trades of commercial roofing, vinyl siding, interior/exterior
painting and drywall installation. He has worked as an electrician in both
industrial and home construction environments. He received Associates of Arts
degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Columbus, Ohio's DeVry
Institute and has worked as an electronic troubleshooter, Field Service
Engineer and a Process Engineer in the electronics industry. Mark completed and passed a home inspector training course that is recognized by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). To further his education he completed the Professional Home Inspectors Institute based out of Falls Church, Va. and has gone through hundreds of hours of field training. Mark has inspected commercial properties and both new and existing homes as well as homes under construction at the foundation and predrywall stages. Mark speaks Spanishas a second language. He frequently inspects for Spanish speaking clients. His knowledge, talents and experience make him a very popular, sought after Home Inspector! |

Steve Messerschmidt is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and has twenty-five years experience in property management, construction, and installation and service of mechanical systems in both single and multi-family dwellings. He is experienced in all phases of systems and equipment service, including HVAC, CATV, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and exterior and interior structural and mechanical components and finishes. He holds certifications for CFC recovery and pool operation. Steve is a native of Northern Virginia, attended college locally, and served in the United States Navy. He enjoys fishing, golf, and home improvement projects. |

Bob Murphy is extremely knowledgeable about homes and an expert in communicating with his clients. He worked his way through school with jobs in electronic service and repair, home theater design and installation, roofing, flooring installation and damage restoration. After college, Bob’s love of the outdoors led him to working for two prominent outdoor retailers, where he performed customer service and managed distribution. A desire to use his knowledge of house construction prompted him to earn his home inspectors credentials. He graduated from the Professional Home Inspectors Institute and spent over a half-year apprenticing with the tutelage of five master home inspectors. Clients enjoy his enthusiasm and have given him great praise for his thorough and informative inspections. |
